Upon graduation from law school in 1990, Attorney Moore served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Judge Edward G. Biester, Jr. Following his judicial clerkship, Attorney Moore became a prosecuting trial attorney for the next six years in Pennsylvania.
Attorney Moore served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, serving in the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office in suburban Philadelphia, and Allegheny County (Pittsburgh) District Attorney’s Office. As a prosecutor, Attorney Moore handled thousands of criminal cases and tried 64 jury trials to verdict. Cases prosecuted included narcotics, sexual assault, child abuse, homicide and driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Attorney Moore joined Peter Mansmann in 1995 as a trial attorney. At Mansmann & Moore, Attorney Moore manages and personally prosecutes all complex litigation matters in the state and federal courts of Ohio & Pennsylvania. Practice areas include civil litigation in the state and federal courts, auto accident cases, uninsured and underinsured cases, product liability matters, FELA and Jones Act cases, ERISA (long term disability cases), and veteran’s disability cases.
Attorney Moore is married to Monica Katsaros Moore and has three sons: Zachary, Jonah, and Constantine.
